When emptying your machine of coins, all you have to do is the following :
1) Remove lock from top and remove lid.
2) Pull globe upwards and off the centre rod ( Dont worry the products do not fall out ).
3) Remove body of machine - then scoop the coins from the base.
4) Then put machine back together again in reverse of above
5) When putting the machine back together, always make sure that when you re attach the globe to the body - there is 1 complete round hole showing at the bottom of the globe ( and not showing half and half ) as this is the timing and can miss vend when not in the correct place ) If its not showing in the correct place, simply use your fingers to re position.
